MiCase is the name used by school districts collaborating on the common goal of creating useful, productive, and cost-effective computer tools and applications for each district and their employees through MiCase Employee Portal Login.

As an employee of one of the District members of the consortium, you now have access to view your payroll data online via MiCase Employee Portal Login. The Employee Portal is considered “Self-Service” for most employees. This means… all the information you need to use the tool is on the page(s) – or available via the links.   • You have now accessed MiCase Employee Portal’s official homepage
  • At the right of the page will be a link of “Log in”, click that link
  • You will then be taken to a new page providing the MiCase Employee Portal Login
  • Enter your Log In ID
  • Enter your password and press “Log In”
  • You have now successfully logged in to your MiCase account
  • Only choose to tick the “ Keep me signed in” option if you are using your own personal device
  • Once you have successfully logged in into the system, you can choose to log out at any time

Forgot your MiCase Employee Portal Login User ID or Password?

Follow the guidelines below to retrieve your MiCase Employee Portal Login details:

  • Open the following URL https://employee.micase.org/ in your web browser
  • You have now accessed MiCase’s official homepage
  • At the right of the page will be a link of “ Log in”, click that link
  • You will then be taken to a new page providing the MiCase Employee Portal Login
  • Fill in the required data including the SSN number (the SSN field is treated like a password and is not displayed as you type. The numbers in the correct order is what’s important.)
  • Once your record is found, the setup process will send you an Invitation Code
  • The invitation code sent to your work email address enables you to use this setup page anytime you need to set or reset your login information.
